366,850. Duplicating-pads. THYSSEN, G., 159, Ballenweg, Forsthaus, Krefeld, Germany. June 15, 1931, No. 17354. [Class 16.] In a duplicating-pad composed of sheets of paper a and interleaved carbon sheets b bound together and perforated at one edge c, and wherein the carbon sheets project beyond the edge of the paper sheets opposite the bound edge, spaced apertures f are provided in the carbon sheets b at the line of perforations g. The carbon sheets are cut away at one corner e and their projecting edges d are non- carbonized. The apertures f further weaken the carbon sheets so that when the pad is gripped at the corner e and the non-carbonized edges d of the carbon sheets are pulled, the latter sheets are removed without injury to the paper sheets. The sheets of the pad may be bound by staples or glue.
