Abstract
366,038. Focusing-devices. KALOCSAY, P., Budapest, and TITAN PATENTE AKT.-GES., Glarus, Switzerland. July 23, 1930, No. 22263. Convention date, July 23, 1929. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. [Classes 97 (i) and 98 (i).] A photographic camera is combined with a telescope or with a pair of binoculars, the focusing of the telescope serving also to focus the camera. In one form a camera 4, Fig. 2, of known type is mounted on a pair of binoculars 2, the objective 6 being focused automatically by focusing the binoculars. The camera may also be mounted in the side of a telescope, Fig. 3, a reflector 8 being provided to reflect the light from the objective 2 on to a light-sensitive film 5, when it is turned into the position shown. The camera may be provided with an additional lens between the reflector and the film. In a modification, a telescope is provided with several oculars mounted on a revolving plate, one being used for viewing and the camera being mounted in another.
