[Class 98 (ii).] In multi-colour cameras exposure of the side colour records to direct rays of light is prevented by the arrangement of the side colour record obliquely to the axis of the lens so as to be completely outside the range of direct light rays. As shown, the frame of the side colour record 8 is arranged obliquely so as to be completely out of range of direct light rays 9 entering the camera body 5 through the lens 1 and not reflected from the light distributing surface 7<1>, which is placed at an angle of more than 45‹ to the lens axis and may be a semitransparent mirror or a prism.
