Aug. 23, 1930, No. 25246. Addition to 340,935. [Class 97 (i).] In optical systems according to the parent Specification, comprising elements for producing an evenly focused image in cameras or projectors &c. wherein the light passes obliquely from or to the film or image, the elements are all in the form of lenses. The elements may comprise lens parts C D H G comprising two glasses of approximately the same refractive index but of different dispersions, and the central incident ray may be normal to the surface C D so that it is refracted only at the surface G H. Refraction may alternatively occur at the surface C D only, or at more than one surface. Specification 336,284, [Class 97 (i), Optical systems &c.], is referred to.
