364,595. Letter-sheets &c. RUDD, F., 13, St. George's Street, Cape Town, South Africa. July 1, 1930, No. 19986. Convention date, July 4, 1929. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. [Class 146 (ii).] An invoice, account, statement, or like form, lettersheet, &c. adapted for postal transmission comprises a rectangular piece of paper divided into four or more spaces by creases 5 to facilitate folding. The upper space 1, having the name and address, is provided with closure-tabs 2, and the main portion 3 of the form is provided with tabs 4. The tabs 4 are folded inwards, the main portion 3 is then folded up over the face of the form, the upper space 1 is folded to the back of the form to expose the name and address, and the tabs 2 are then inserted between the folds. The tabs 2 may be perforated at their creases to facilitate opening the form.
