[Class 108 (ii).] In motor vehicles in which the frame consists of a central longitudinal tube b, the engine carrier is formed with a'socket a which is slipped on to the tube and is bolted to a collar. The socket a is supported at its front end on the transverse spring m and overlaps and is secured by bolts c to the collar d fixed on the tube. The collar carries a transverse supporting member for the body.
