358,482. Drawing-apparatus for spinning-machines. JUDIN, W. A., 18, Mal Potschtowaja, Nr. 136, Moscow, Russia. July 2, 1930, No. 20138. [Class 120 (ii).] A hollow roller 3 of rubber or like elastic material, in which the air may be rarefied, cooperates with the middle lower roller 1 of the drawing- apparatus of spinning-machines, or, preferably, with a belt 2 extending around the middle roller and around a small roller 8 carried by a frame 9 mounted on the arbor 10 of the front top roller or on the bottom front roller. The roller 3 is adjustably weighted by a lever 6 and a weight 4 screwed thereon.
