354,037. Electric incandescent lamps. SOLOMON, M. and WINSTANLEY, F., Magnet House, Kingsway, London. July 19, 1930, No. 21903. [Class 39 (ii).] Candles, imitation. - In electric candle lamps of the kind comprising a tubular stem with an electric lamp holder at the upper end of the stem and means for engaging a socket at the lower end, the lamp holder 1 is supported by the tubular stem 6 through the intermediary of a spring device which is secured by nuts 3, 4 to the shank 5 of the lamp holder and is provided with resilient fingers 2 which make a slidable engagement with the interior of the tubular stem. The spring device is substantially of inverted U-shape, with an apertured base through which the wires enter the lamp socket. Preferably the tubular stem 6 is made of opal glass.
