354,035. Weatherproof wearing- apparel. BLOOM, L., Tiverton Lodge, Tetlow Lane, Higher Broughton, BLOOM, M., 38, Wellington Street East, both in Salford, Lancashire, and HODGE, A. W., 44, Latchmere Road, Kingston-on-Thames. July 18, 1930, No. 21808. [Class 141.] Weatherproof wearing apparel comprises a coat combined with leg covering members. As shown, a raincoat 11 has attached thereto as by a strip 13 of rubberized fabric, a pair of flaps 12 for enclosing the legs from the thigh downwards. The flaps have at one edge buttons for engaging corresponding buttonholes 16 at the other, and also elastic strips 19 for passing under the wearer's feet. Buttons 14 on the strips 13 serve for engaging buttonholes on the bottom of the flaps. when the flaps are to be folded out of sight. The flaps are cut away at 18 to prevent them hindering the movement of the wearer.
