344,221. Boots etc.; wearing- apparel. ERHARDT, F., P.O. Box 598, Kansas City, Missouri, U.S.A. Feb. 28, 1930, No. 6777. [Classes 17 (ii) and 141.] Fastening means for boots &c. and form-fitting garments, and shown as applied to leggings, comprise an intermediate section 3 interposed between the adjacent edges of the main section 1 of the garment and fastened thereto by slide fasteners 10, 11 operating in opposite directions, opposite corners 4, 5 of the section 3 being connected to the main section 1 by the fasteners. The section 3 may be of uniform or tapering width and may be of elastic material or formed with gores or otherwise shaped.
