347,328. Roads. DITTON, A. H., 71, Leigh Gardens, Kensal Rise, London. Feb. 4, 1930, No. 3743. [Class 107.] A roadway is constructed so as to have a surface regularly undulating in the longitudinal direction of the road whereby a series of crests C and hollows D is formed. The distances between crests are preferably equal, and the gradients from the hollows up to the crests are also equal. The invention is adapted to be applied at places where it is desired to cause vehicles to reduce speed, such as at approaches to cross-roads.
