343,786. Systems of lighting for road vehicles. DRENNAN, J. A., 5, Culzean Road, Maybole, Ayrshire. March 22, 1930, No. 9255. [Class 75 (iv).] Revolving lamps.-A lamp attached to the rear off-side of a vehicle has a main body or casing 12 which is rotatable around a fixed electric bulb 5 through an angle of 45‹ by means operable from the dashboard of the vehicle, so as to cast a beam rearwardly and sideways over half the width of the road, or to cast a full beam of light rearwardly. The casing 12 has a reflector 13 and window 14. Above the main body a second casing, which has a bulb and windows for showing a red light and illuminating the number-plate, is carried by bearers 6.
