340,416. Ladders. LYNE, R. J., 94, Kensington Park Road, Notting Hill, London. Jan. 9, 1930, No. 811. [Class 20 (ii).] A step ladder is formed of two triangular-shaped ladders hinged together and resting on their apices and provided with another ladder portion to act as a side strut. Each ladder portion is formed as a right-angled triangle the sides 2 being vertical and they are hinged together on a bar f disposed parallel to the other sides enclosing the right angles. The bar is provided with a fitting m to which is hinged the ladder portion c so as to be movable universally. The portion c is formed as an extension ladder.
