R÷ntgen-ray apparatus; copying. - A domed fluorescent screen is used in photographing an image formed on it by X-rays, the curvature of the screen corresponding with that of the field of the optical system used. The exposure is made from the concave side of the screen. The image produced may be reprojected through a similar optical system to eliminate uncorrected errors such as astigmatism. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 316,698.
