339,034. Senftner, G. Sept. 28, 1929. Cocoa preparations.-Radio-active chocolate is made with a sugar containing radio-active matter or emanation in its water of crystallization. Sugar,s such as milk-sugar or grape-sugar, or a sugar combination such as calcium monosaccharate which normally have water of crystallization are dehydrated and allowed to crystallize in water containing emanation or radio-active salts. These radio-active sugars may be used with or without the addition of cane sugar for the preparation of chocolate.
