Abstract

334,085. Wood, L. D. Sept. 24, 1929. Driving - arrangements. - Relates to brackets for supporting electric motors upon machines, of the kind mounted for vertical adjustment upon the machine frame 1 and having a pair of slotted carriers 13 transversely disposed and adjustable thereon and bolts movable in the slots in the carriers to support the motor base 5. According to the present invention, each bolt 18 is secured in adjusted position by a nut 20 screwed against the carrier and the motor base is secured between two nuts 22, 24, spring washers 25 being interposed between the upper nut 24 and the motor base and between the lower nut 22 and the nut 20.
