Abstract

325,914. Watson, T. Dec. 14, 1928. Cabinets. - A ventilated larder is provided with a wooden door frame capable of being adjustably fixed. The larder 1 is made of ceramic or like material, such as glazed stoneware or fireclay, and is provided with a door frame 3 which is hung on the top lefthand screw, adjusted until the stiles are at right-angles to the shelves 6, and fixed by tightening a screw passing through a slot in the diagonally-opposite corner. The door 9 may have an insulating panel formed by two or more plates of wood, metal, or other material, the edges of which are turned over so that an air space is formed between the plates; and the top of the door has a ventilating-opening closed by a gauze plate. The larder may be built into a wall, and an elbow ventilator 12 is carried by the rear wall of the larder. Specifications 144,085 and 239,655 are referred to.
