Abstract

Kinematograph apparatus. - In intermittent feed mechanism in which a claw member is actuated by a cam, a rotary member j, Fig. 1, is provided with cam teeth j<1> which act directly on the claw member at two points so that one tooth effects the engagement and disengagement of the claws and another the transport of the film. The claw member, Fig. 4, is made of a single piece and has a substantially horizontal part a<1> and a vertical part a<3> to which the claws b are connected by a part a<4>. Motion is given by the cam teeth j<1> bearing against pins k, l at each end of the part a'. The return motion is effected by a spring a<5> and cushioned by springs n. The movements of the member a<1> are limited by stop mechanism comprising a crank o having a fixed pivot o<1> and a lever p pivoted to the crank at p<1> and to the part a<1> at l. A small spring q cushions the outward movement of the lever p.
