222,755. Papo, A., and Gentilini, A. Feb. 29, 1924. Kinematograph apparatus.-Intermittent-feed mechanism consists of a continuously-rotated toothed disc A engaging the film perforations and carrying a number of equally-spaced studs P. A frame B mounted on a pivot D and urged into engagement with the film F by a spring C is provided with a projection E adapted to be engaged by the studs P which move the frame to the position B'. As the studs pass out of engagement with the projection the frame is returned by the spring C and the film is fed forwards. For standard film the disc A has thirty-two teeth and eight studs. The device is mounted in a cavity S in a block G. A shutter may be dispensed with.
