322,179. Johnson, J. Y., (I. G. Farbenindustrie Akt.-Ges.). Aug. 27, 1928. Manures. - Agents for destroying pests may comprise calcium cyanide diammoniate or other double compounds of ammonia with cyanides which are readily decomposed by moisture, together with inert organic liquids. Such ammoniates liberate ammonia bv the action of moisture and may therefore act also as fertilizers. Optional additional ingredients include wetting agents and hygroscopic salts such as calcium nitrate or magnesium chloride.
