Diaphragms. - A diaphragm for loudspeakers &c. is formed from a sheet of paper which is first divided by radial folding creases a into a plurality of triangular fields b whereupon the outer portion 2 of each field is bent along an arcuate fold c substantially at right angles to the inner part so as to curve the surfaces b and form a rigid concave structure. In a modification, the outer portions 2 are extended and again folded along arcuate folds to form further curved surfaces which are substantially parallel to the main surfaces b.
