Tool-arms, attaching to diaphragms. - The stylus-bar 6 in a gramophone sound-box is connected to the diaphragm 3 by a single leaf spring 10, rigidly attached to the bar and to the diaphragm, the point of connection 9 between the spring and the stylus-bar being preferably in the axis 13 of the diaphragm. The leaf spring may have a bent end 11, which is fixed to the diaphragm by means of a screw.
