Hand-wheels.-A hand-wheel, for example o steering-wheel for toy vehicles such as motor-cars, comprises a tubular rim a, butt-welded at a<2>, and spores c, d formed from a second tube, welded at f, g to the rim and flattened in the middle to form a hub e. The spokes are preferably upwardly inclined from the hub. A further similar tube may be superposed if four spokes are required. The steering-pillar (not shown) may be brazed into holes i in the hub and preferably also' into a bracket welded to the spokes. The rim and spokes may be of circular or elliptical or other non-circular cross-section, such as. according to the Provisional Specification, semi-circular or D-section.
