Mineral and tar oils, purifying.-The continuous process of refining mineral oils by reagents e.g. sulphuric acid and alkali, and separation of the products centrifugally as described in the parent Specification, is carried out before any substantial polymerization or oxidation takes place e.g. immediately after the distillation.
