Impulse meters; materials, special. -A chamber 17, Fig. 6, for a fluid-flow meter is made of a non- corrodible metal such as that sold under the Registered Trade Mark " Monel " and is produced by blanking out a disc of the metal and cupping it to the required form. The chamber is formed with a peripheral flange round its open end, the flange being either integral with chamber or secured thereto by screws &c.
