Ball and float valves, - In a ball- and float valve for water flushing cisterns comprising a sliding plunger 2 connected to the float lever 3 by a screwed adjusting-pin 7 providing for different water levels, the aforesaid connection is made in the form of a. ball head 8 of the screw which engages in a vertical cylindrical groove 10 in the end of the plunger with a combined pivotal and sliding movement. The upstanding lug 12 of the float lever engages a groove 13 in the plunger to prevent its rotation.
