308,814. Vos, J. G. March 29, 1928, [Convention date]. Continuous paving and flooring.-Porous paving for tennis and like courts and surrounds of swimming baths consists of a lower layer about 10 cms. thick composed of 9 parts of gravel, crushed porphyry or other stone, 5 parts of sinters, slag, lava, or like substance, and 1 part of cement, and an upper layer about 1¢ cms. thick composed of 6 parts of granular coloured stone or baked clay products broken or ground to 1 to 5 mm. in size and off a red, green, or other colour, mixed with 1 part of cement. Both layers are laid in sections which may break joint. Each section of the upper layer may be surrounded by a lead, rubber, or other visible joint, and boundary lines may be made of magnesite, either white or coloured.
