green mud stone powder: 20-25 wt%; cementing agent: 4.4-5.6 wt%; pigment: 2.15-3.20 wt%; fluorescent material: 0.15-0.20 wt%; cement: 15-20 wt%; sand: 35-40 wt%; limestone powder: 3-5 wt%; water: 4-7 wt%;
the chlorite powder is used as fine aggregate, and the particle size range is 0.5-1 mm;
the fluorescent material is prepared by mixing metal (zinc and chromium) sulfide or rare earth oxide with trace amount of active agent and calcining;
the method for designing the colored concrete comprises the following steps:
1) preparing rammed layer concrete: according to the proportion, taking coarse aggregate, sand, cement and limestone powder, mixing uniformly, adding water, and stirring into a dry and hard rammed layer (1);
2) preparing broken stone layer concrete: taking the macadam, the sand, the cement and the limestone powder according to the proportion, uniformly mixing, adding water, and stirring into a dry and hard macadam layer (2);
3) preparing color layer concrete: taking chlorite powder, sand, cement and limestone powder according to the proportion, uniformly mixing, adding a cementing agent, a pigment and a fluorescent material, fully and uniformly stirring, finally adding water, and stirring into a dry and hard color layer (3);
4) and (3) placing the concrete of the rammed layer (1) into a mould, performing vibration molding to obtain a foundation stone, placing the concrete of the gravel layer (2) after hardening, performing vibration again and natural hardening, finally placing the concrete of the color layer (3), and performing curing at room temperature, and demolding to obtain the color concrete.
As a further improvement of the invention, the colored concrete is applied to road shoulder stones, kerbs, bridge guardrails, central separation strips on both sides of a road and used for fencing to distinguish different areas or different functions of two projects in urban construction.

the chlorite powder is used as fine aggregate, and the particle size range is 0.5-1 mm.
The fluorescent material is formed by matching metal (zinc and chromium) sulfide or rare earth oxide with a trace of active agent and calcining, and when the daylight is dark, the fluorescent material in the surface color layer 3 can play a role of weak light reflection, so that people going out at night, especially people driving out, can better distinguish road shoulder stones, kerbs, bridge guardrails, central separation belts and the like on the road surface and on the two sides of the road surface, and further can improve the safety of people going out.
