Gases, separating mixtures of.-The drying of gases particularly in air liquefying and gas separation plant is effected by means of a gel such as silica gel. The gel is regenerated by treatment with dry heated gas, which in the case of air liquefaction processes may be the nitrogen obtained from the liquid air. Specification 257,372 is referred to.
