Abstract

305,435. Clay, P. E. F., and Keywood, W. B. June 30, 1928. Corsets; abdominal belts.-Corsets and the like are made of two front sections 2 and a rear section 1, lacing 7a being provided at each side to connect the rear section to One of the front sections. The lacing is connected to adjusting straps 4, 8 passing through slides 5, 9 respectively, so that it may be tightened by pulling in opposite directions on the ends 4a, 8a of the straps. The strap 4 is stitched in position so as to be upwardly directed, and the strap 8 is attached at the centre of the rear portion.
