242,483. Percival, S., (Poirette Corsets, Inc.). Jan. 30, 1925. Corsets ; brassiÞres. - A combined corset and brassiÞre, comprises a corset with non-elastic front and rear sections connected by elastic side sections and front and rear brassiÞre parts secured to the non-elastic portions of the corset and underlapping the side elastic sections. The depending extensions of the brassiÞre are secured to the elastic sections below the upper edges thereof. Stays 8 are provided at the junctions of the elastic and non-elastic parts of the corset, and stays 9 are provided at the central upper part of the front non-elastic part 7. Preferably, the side extensions of the brassiÞre are attached to the side elastic portions of the corset by diagonal elastic strips 15.
