Abstract
302,992. Dienst, K. Dec. 24, 1927, [Convention date]. Treatment by damping and heating. - Grain, which has been previously cleaned, washed and practically completely husked by a known wet method is passed through drying columns or vessels of known construction after repeated moistening or soaking. The grain is then heated to 70‹ C. cooled to about 20‹ C. cleaned and finally milled. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states also that the grain may be passed directly through the drying columns of the husking process. The subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
