Abstract
299,292. McGregor, A. M. Oct. 24, 1927, [Convention date]. Tyres, non-elastic. -A gripping-lug of the kind described in Specification 289,005, for use on tractor wheels, is formed with three faces 5, 6, 7 shaped to fit over the wheel-rim so as to present any one of three toes 11, 12, 13 and working- faces 8, 9, 10 to engage the ground. The device is formed with a central opening 15 for the passage of an attachment-bolt through one of the holes 16, 17, 18, and the wheel-rim. Shoulders &c, 19 are provided to prevent rotation of the bolt.
