Slipping-preventing attachments to wheels. - A series of staves 4 is fitted to one or both sides of a tractor &c. wheel so as to project, approximately radially, beyond the rim 1 and the existing grips 3. In the construction shown, the staves consist of angle-bars 4 adjustably bolted to a ring 5 carried by the wheel-spokes and clamped to the rim 1 by claw-bolts 8.
