Cases combined with mirrors; contents, facilitating access to.-In a vanity box, an internal tray 4 for cosmetics is connected to the sides of the box 1 by pivoted links 5 and to the lid 2 of the box by slotted and pivoted links 7 while a closure member for the tray, preferably in the form of a mirror 9, is pivoted thereto by lugs 10 and is connected to the lid 2 by a flexible member 14 so that when the lid is opened the tray is first raised and then the member 9 is opened. When the lid is fully opened the member or mirror 9 is held in a suitable inclined position. The rear edge of the member 9 pivoted to the lugs 10 has a sloping surface which contacts with the rear edge of the tray and in the open position creates a binding effect to hold the member in the inclined position.
