Abstract
293,377. Crook, E. W. July 5, 1927, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. Filaments; screens within bulbs. - An antidazzle bulb for vehicle headlamps &c. comprises a filament concentrated at two points B, C and a screen D arranged so that, when the part B of the filament is located at about the focus of the parabolic reflector of the lamp, the upper half of the reflector receives light only from the part C of the filament and reflects it downwards beneath the horizontal, while the lower half receives rays only from the part Band reflects them horizontally forwards but beneath the axis of the lamp.
