Abstract

291,694. D³skow, W. Dec. 23, 1927. Stoppers with valves.-Spraying bottles having a rotatable metal cap 5 are formed with a flange 2 arranged eccentrically to the spraying aperture 3 and with a stop or projection 4 disposed beneath the flange, and adapted to enter the space between two extensions 8, 8 of the lower edge of the cap, the extensions being bent underneath the flange. The stop limits the rotation of the cap and ensures an eccentric aperture 3, in a closure disc 6 secured to the cap, being brought into register with the aperture 3. In a modification, the extensions of the cap co-operate with the outer wall thereof to form V-shaped upwardly ' directed springs adapted to engage beneath the flange on the bottle neck.
