Transformers.-A radio frequency transformer comprises a winding formed of disc coils a, a<1> within a housing b, band separated either by rigid cardboard separators or by a rubber ring g. In the latter case, the inductance of the winding may be varied by means of a nut c<1> on a bolt c passing through the two halves of the housing. The second winding e' is wound on a former e formed externally of the housing b or detachably mounted thereon by pin and socket elements m, l. A third winding may be wound on the periphery of the housing b. Plug elements k for connection with the external circuits are also provided on the housing b.
