Braces; suspenders.-In suspending garments, more particularly trousers, suspension means are employed comprising clips c co-operating with holes in the garment, replacing thereby the usual button and tab connection. The clips may take the form shown in Fig. 1, one element carrying a stud portion f for passing through the buttonhole or the like and having one element j of a press fastener for engaging a complementary element j on the spring-pressed plate g. A spring tongue h with a humped portion h<1> engages the plate g.
