Stoppers secured by toggle levers comprise a body A of non-porous material provided with a transverse slot A' adapted to receive a portion C of a swinging locking frame C', and a detachable cap D having its flange D<1> crimped, spun, or otherwise secured in a groove a in the body A to retain the stopper coupled to the frame c'. A washer E of cork, rubber, &c. is disposed in the cap D.
