269,841. Caals, C. H. April 26, 1926, [Convention date]. Filtering-media.- The borders of cloths for filter-presses are strengthened by using heavier yarn for the warp or weft at these parts. The plates or frames of the press may be fraised out or grooved at the corners or may be provided with rubber parts. Cloth may be woven as a continuous length with a strengthened double border woven in at intervals and divided into pieces by cutting at the centre of each alternate double border.
