Sash fasteners, pivoted-arm type.-To an arm E movable about a pivot F secured to the top of the back sash is pivoted an arm C with a knob A for engaging a hole in a plate B secured to the front sash, a spring D in the arm E abutting against an extension of the arm C. To open the window, the arm C is lifted until it is in line with the arm E, the arms being then swung to the back of the sash about the pivot F.
