268,220. Eclo Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Leigh, A. L. Sept. 11, 1926. Moulding hollow-ware. - Handled hollow-ware, e.g. cups, jugs or vases, is moulded by means of an undivided outer die having a recess corresponding to the body and handle or handles and furnished with a transverse drawpin or pins to form the handle opening or openings. As shown, an undivided, outer die 1 is furnished with body and handle recesses 3, 4 and is formed with a transverse opening to receive a drawpin 15 adapted to form the handle opening. The inner die 6 is provided with a rim-forming portion 11 and is provided with a radial part 12, preferably detachable, adapted to form the upper portion of the handle.
