Abstract

Folding-seats; reversible seats; adjustments; joints and connections.-A folding hammock seat comprises two triangular side frames A, B, C, so arranged that the members A and B can be reversed in position to make the seat H' available from either side of the frames. The member C is pivoted at c to the member A. and is adjustablv secured at its rear end to the member B. The upper seat-carrying bar G may be detachably secured to the members A, B, by the screwed joint shown in Fig. 3, while the lower seat-carrying bar J may carry studs J<1> engaging slots in the front of the bars C. Fig. 5 shows the adjustable connection between the back cross-bar F and the members B.
