Controllers, actuating; master control systems. -In a motor starter two electromagnetic switches S, D are caused to close in succession, the first or starting switch S immediately after manual closure of a push-button 1, and the second or running switch D immediately after re-opening of the push-button switch. The closure of the starting switch, through auxiliary contacts s', energizes the closing coil of a lineswitch A which causes the energization of the running-switch coil to take place immediately after the return of the starting-switch. The arrangement shown changes alternating current motor windings M from star to delta connection.
