Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is a disassembling mechanism for a waste battery module, comprising a substrate. A clamping mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a storage platform, a storage box, a traction mechanism, and a linkage mechanism are provided at the top of the substrate; the linkage mechanism comprises a sliding rod, a sliding block, a linkage frame, and a gear box; the traction mechanism is fixed on the end of the clamping mechanism farthest from the storage platform; one end of a traction member of the traction mechanism is connected to the cutting mechanism, and the other end of the traction member is connected to the sliding block. According to the present invention, by using the clamping mechanism, the cutting mechanism, the storage platform, the storage box, the traction mechanism, and the linkage mechanism, the clamping mechanism can clamp and fix a battery to be disassembled, and when a cutting portion of the cutting mechanism movably cuts a battery case, a connecting arm of the linkage mechanism can be pulled by means of the traction mechanism to rotate so as to push the clamping portion of the clamping mechanism to rotate, such that the waste battery can be pulled and separated towards two sides along the opening of the cutting groove in the case, thereby achieving automatic separation of a battery core and the battery case.
