Abstract
This invention related to the technical field of home appliances, and specifically refers to an iron with adjustable heating distance. The iron comprises a base 10, an iron body 11, a handle 12, a base inner cavity 29, a baseboard 30, a baseboard inner cavity 31, a baseboard through hole 32, minute through-holes, and a gap device comprises three of snap-gauge rotation grooves 21, and a humidity control device comprises a temperature control knob 14, and a distance adjusting device comprises a rotation wheel 19 rotatably arranged on an upper end of a front part of the iron body 11; the present invention is able to solve the problem that the ironed clothing will be wrinkled after placing a dry towel in being ironed and a clothing burning due to a long time staying of the steam and dry iron on the clothing.

[0004] The following technical plan is adopted by the invention to solve the above-mentioned technical problems: an iron with adjustable heating distance disclosed in the present invention comprises a base, wherein an iron body is fixedly connected to an upper end of the base, wherein a handle is fixedly connected to a rear end surface of an upper part of the iron body, and a base inner cavity is vertically defined on a lower end surface of the base, wherein a baseboard is slidably arranged in the base inner cavity, wherein a baseboard inner cavity is defined in the baseboard in forward and backward directions, and a baseboard through hole communicated with the baseboard inner cavity is arranged on an upper end surface of the baseboard, and minute through-holes communicated with the baseboard inner cavity is arranged on a bottom of the baseboard, and a gap device comprises three of snap-gauge rotation grooves defined on first and second arc surfaces of the base, wherein three of the snap-gauge rotation grooves are respectively arranged at equal intervals on the first and second arc surfaces of the base, and a humidity control device comprises a temperature control knob rotatably arranged on an upper end surface of a rear part of the iron body, and a distance adjusting device comprises a rotation wheel rotatably arranged on an upper end of a front part of the iron body.

Claims (6)
- CLAIMSAn iron with adjustable heating distance, comprising: a base, wherein an iron body is fixedly connected to an upper end of the base, wherein a handle is fixedly connected to a rear end surface of an upper part of the iron body, a base inner cavity vertically defined on a lower end surface of the base, wherein a baseboard is slidably arranged in the base inner cavity, wherein a baseboard inner cavity is defined in the baseboard in forward and backward directions; a baseboard through hole which is communicated with the baseboard inner cavity arranged on an upper end surface of the baseboard, minute through-holes which are communicated with the baseboard inner cavity arranged on a bottom of the baseboard, a gap device comprising: three of snap-gauge rotation grooves defined on first and second arc surfaces of the base, wherein three of the snap-gauge rotation grooves are respectively arranged at equal intervals on the first and second arc surfaces of the base, and a humidity control device comprises a temperature control knob rotatably arranged on an upper end surface of a rear part of the iron body, and a distance adjusting device comprises a rotation wheel rotatably arranged on an upper end of a front part of the iron body.
- 2. The iron with adjustable heating distance defined in claim, wherein the gap device further comprising: snap-gauge shaft grooves arranged on rear parts of the snap-gauge rotation grooves, wherein sub-terminal mouths of the snap-gauge shaft grooves penetrate through the lower end surface of the base, wherein snap-gauge shafts are fixedly and vertically connected to tops of the snap-gauge shaft grooves, wherein snap-gauge rotation shafts are rotatably arranged on outer circumferential surfaces of the snap-gauge shafts, wherein snap-gauge rotation shaft inner grooves are vertically arranged in the snap-gauge rotation shafts, first springs sleeved on the snap-gauge shafts, wherein upper ends of the first springs are fixedly connected to tops of the snap-gauge rotation grooves and lower ends of the first springs are fixedly connected to bottoms of the snap-gauge rotation shaft inner grooves, wherein snap-gauges are arranged in the snap-gauge rotation grooves, wherein side end surfaces of the snap-gauges is fixedly connected to outer circumferential surfaces of the snap-gauge rotation shafts, wherein snap-gauge grooves are arranged on side end surfaces of the snap-gauges along arc directions of the snap-gauges, wherein three of snap-gauge latching slots are respectively arranged on the first and second arc surfaces of the base, and each of the snap-gauge latching slots is communicated with corresponding one of the snap-gauge shaft grooves on a side edge of the base
- 3. The iron with adjustable heating distance defined in claim, wherein the humidity adjusting device fiirther comprising: an iron body inner cavity horizontally arranged on a lower end of an interior of the iron body, wherein two of iron body communication grooves are defined on a bottom of the iron body inner cavity, and two of the iron body communication grooves are symmetrically arranged with respect to a vertical center line of the temperature control knob, wherein sponge connect columns are arranged in interiors of two of the iron body communication grooves, two of hard sponge shafts fixedly arranged in an interior of the base inner cavity in a front-back direction, wherein two of the hard sponge shafts are symmetrically arranged with respect to a axle wire of the temperature control knob, and each of the hard sponge shafts is respectively and fixedly connected to corresponding one of the iron body communication grooves; two of rear fixing blocks fixedly connected to a rear side wall of an interior of the iron body, wherein two of the rear fixing blocks are symmetrically arranged with respect to a horizontal center line of the iron body; heating wires respectively and fixedly arranged on lower end surfaces of the rear fixing blocks, a front fixing block fixedly arranged on an interior of a front end of the iron body which is electrically connected to the temperature control knob, wherein an arc end of the front fixing block is fixedly connected to an arc side wall of a front end of the iron body, and a horizontal end of the front fixing block is fixedly connected to a side wall of an apex angle of the iron body, and the heating wires are arranged on a lower end surface of the front fixing block to electrically connected with the temperature control knob; an inflow groove obliquely defined on a rear part of an upper end of the iron body, wherein the inflow groove is communicated with the iron body inner cavity, wherein an inflow cover is clamped in the inflow groove.
- 4. The iron with adjustable heating distance defined in claim, wherein the humidity adjusting device further comprising: a pressing shaft through hole arranged on a top of a front end of the iron body inner cavity, wherein a twist rod is rotatably arranged in the pressing shaft through hole, wherein a pressing shaft is fixedly connected to an upper end of the twist rod, and an upper end of the pressing shaft penetrates through the pressing shaft through hole to be fixedly connected with the pressing disc, wherein a pressing shaft latching groove is defined on a lower end of the pressing shaft along a vertical direction, wherein a pressing shaft connect slot is arranged on a front end of the iron body relative to the pressing shaft latching groove along a vertical direction, wherein a second spring is arranged in the pressing shaft connect slot, wherein an upper end of the second spring is fixedly connected to a top of the pressing shaft latching groove and a lower end of the second spring is fixedly connected to a bottom of the pressing shaft connect slot; a round disc groove arranged on a bottom of a front end of the iron body inner cavity, wherein a sieve plate is fixedly arranged in the round disc groove, wherein a round ring is fixedly arranged on an upper end of the sieve plate, wherein at least two of round ring through holes are arranged on side end surfaces of the round ring, and a plurality of the round ring through holes are arranged at equal intervals along an arc direction of the round ring; a blade ring rotatably arranged on a center of the sieve plate, wherein a blade is fixedly connected to an outer circumferential surface of the blade ring, wherein two of transmission shafts are fixedly connected in the blade along a horizontal direction, and two of the transmission shafts are arranged along a peripheral direction of the blade ring at equal intervals, and the twist rod penetrates through an interior of the blade ring, and ports of two of the transmission shafts are clamped in clearances of the twist rod, wherein a baffle is fixedly connected to a lower end of the twist rod, and the baffle contacts a bottom of the sieve plate in an initial state, a pushing block fixedly connected to a bottom of the baffle.
- 5. The iron with adjustable heating distance defined in claim, wherein the humidity adjusting device further comprising: a connect through holc defined on an upper cnd surface of a front part of thc iron body inncr cavity along a vertical direction, wherein a connect tube is fixedly connected to a lower end surface of a front part of the iron body inner cavity, and the connect tube is communicated with the connect through hole, and a lower end surface of the connect tube is fixedly connected with an upper end surface of the front fixing block, wherein a sliding column groove is horizontally arranged in the front fixing block, wherein a base communication slot is arranged on an upper end surface of a front part of the front fixing block along a vertical direction, and the base communication slot is communicated with the connect tube and the sliding column groove, wherein a sliding column is sl dably arranged in the sliding column groove, wherein a third spring is connected between a front end surface of the sliding column and a side wall of the sliding column groove, wherein a sliding column ring groove is arranged on a front end of the sliding column along a horizontal direction, and a circumferential surface of the front end of the sliding column blocks a lower port of the base communication slot in an initial state, and a base connect through slot is arranged on a front end of the baseboard along a vertical direction, wherein a lower end of the base connect through slot is communicated with the baseboard inner cavity, and an upper end of the baseboard inner cavity is communicated with the sliding column groove

The iron with adjustable heating distance defined in claim, wherein the distance adjusting device further comprising: two of connect ribs fixedly connected to an interior of a front end of the round disc groove along a horizontal direction, and two of the connect ribs are symmetrically arranged along a horizontal center line of the baseboard, wherein a feed screw nut is fixedly connected between two of the connect ribs; a rotation wheel groove arranged on an upper end surface of a front part of the iron body along a vertical direction, wherein a rotation wheel is rotatably arranged in the rotation wheel groove, wherein a screw through slot is arranged on a bottom of the rotation wheel groove along a vertical direction, wherein a screw is rotatably arranged in the screw through slot, and a lower end of the screw penetrates through the feed screw nut, and an upper end of the screw is clamped in the rotation wheel.
