259,003. Pugh, J. V., and Rudge- Whitworth, Ltd. Aug. 29, 1925. Vehicle lamp supports.-Six rod-like members form a frame in which two similar angular side trusses b, b<1> attached to a base on the vehicle, support the lamp pivotally adjustable between the extremities of their extending angles, while a third angular truss g gl, transversely disposed between the side trusses and connected to the same attachment means, supports the rear end of the lamp in a manner to allow of the pivotal adjustment. In the form shown, the entire frame is formed from one length of bent wire or the like, the ends of the side trusses being formed with eyes a, f to engage the shackle bolts of the front forks of a motor cycle. The lamp is provided with trunnions d mounted in the eye-slots c of the side trusses and with a screw or other connection passing through a guide h in the transverse truss so that it can be adjusted in a vertical plane and be secured in adjusted position by a nut j or other clamping means, while slight adjustment in a horizontal plane is allowed by movement of the trunnions d in the slots c. In other forms, the trusses are each made of one or two pieces. The eyes &c. may be pressed to a flattened section.
