Covers for dishes and the like.-A food cover which is also adapted for use as a sieve, strainer or steam cooker comprises a perforated hoop or band 1 preferably of sheet metal, the upper edge being flared at 2 to receive the lower edge of a similar superposed cover, a screen 4 secured to the lower edge of the hoop 1 by a bead which extends inwardly adjacent to the screen 4 to form a support therefor, crossed braces 5 and a suspension ring 3.
