Description
A garbage bin with air sterilization and automatic bagging in the barrel The invention relates to the field of environmental protection technology, in particular to a garbage bin with air sterilization in a barrel and automatic bagging.
Garbage is a solid or fluid substance that is useless. In large densely populated cities, garbage disposal is a headache. Common practice is to collect and send them to landfill for landfill treatment, or incinerate them in an incinerator. However, both of them will cause environmental protection problems, and stopping excessive consumption can further reduce the saturation of landfills. Waste disposal in landfills not only pollutes groundwater and emits odor, but also reduces the area available for landfills in many cities. Incineration will inevitably produce toxic gases and endanger organisms.
The garbage bin is a container for storing garbage. It serves the same function as the garbage bin. It is usually rectangular or cylindrical. Garbage cans are usually used in conjunction with garbage bags. When garbage bags are filled with garbage, garbage bags and garbage are thrown away together. The object of the present invention is to design a garbage bin with air sterilization and automatic bagging in the barrel, which can automatically open the cover and bagging operation, and make bagging easier and avoid the phenomenon of air bubbles between the garbage bag and the barrel wall after bagging by combining the upper positive pressure and the lower negative pressure airway structure, so as to make bagging more perfect.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a garbage bin with air sterilization and automatic bagging in the barrel is provided with a mechanical structure and a circuit mechanism for controlling the mechanical structure. The mechanical structure includes a barrel body and an automatic open cover and bagging structure matched with the barrel body, and the automatic open cover and bagging structure is articulated on the barrel body: a positive pressure on the side wall of the barrel body is arranged to form a garbage bin. The lower negative pressure air duct extends to the automatic opening and bagging structure, and the barrel body, the automatic opening and bagging structure and the air duct form a circulation path.

(4) The invention has an infrared induction switch (infrared probe) on the top of the barrel cover (garbage throwing door), and the user does not need to open the garbage throwing door manually to prevent the spread of bacteria.
(5) The invention adopts the cyclic pneumatic mode of lower negative pressure and upper positive pressure, which can effectively improve the speed and quality of bagging, and can achieve lower noise.
(6) The invention adopts ultraviolet sterilizer (preferably inner wall ultraviolet sterilizing lamp), which can provide sufficient contact area and contact time, achieve sterilization effect and effectively reduce the odor caused by bacteria. At the same time, it can prevent ultraviolet radiation leakage and avoid light pollution.
(7) A receiving box (garbage bag receiving chamber) of the invention can accommodate 30-50 garbage bags in length, and the user does not need manual bagging in one month, thereby improving the comfort of life.

The sliding rod 12 is set in the sliding rod fixer 3, which can play the role of restricting the movement of the crossbar 8 and the lip-shaped rod 7; the matching fixed gasket 2 and the sliding rod fixer 3 are set at the first place of the transverse rod motor, and the matching fixed gasket 2 and the sliding rod fixer 3 are also set at the thirteenth place of the lip-shaped rod motor. The driving mechanism of the dropping door includes a driving motor 39, and the output end of the driving motor 39 is connected to a gear mechanism that drives the dropping door switch. When the driving mechanism of the dropping door receives the instruction of the infrared induction switch, the driving motor 39 rotates counter-clockwise, driving the first gear 38 to rotate counter-clockwise, and the second gear 37 meshing with the first gear 38 rotates clockwise, and the garbage dropping door 29 opens. Infrared induction switch can be controlled by the common PLC circuit in the existing technology. As a well-known technology, it will not be repeated.
The garbage bin cover 35 and the bin body 23 are connected by the same driving structure as the garbage throwing door (the open system on the hinge side of the bin cover 23 and the garbage bin cover 35).
A garbage bag receptacle 25 is installed in the cover of the garbage bin 35. The garbage bag receptacle 25 is circular. The garbage bag 28Z is folded in the garbage bag receptacle 25.
A fuse sealing device 24 is installed below the garbage bag receiving chamber 25 in the garbage bin cover 35. The fuse sealing device is mainly composed of two front and rear crossbars 8 and two left and right crossbar 7. It is driven by synchronous pulley (crossbar pulley 4, crossbar pulley 14) and synchronous belt (drive belt 5). For example, the front and rear two cross-bar 8 sets can move along the smooth rod (cross-bar sliding rod 6). The two edges are set with the cross-bar motor 1 and the cross-bar pulley 4. The cross-bar motor 1 and the cross-bar pulley 4 are covered with a belt (transmission).
The two sides of the belt (7 sides of the proximal zigzag rod and 7 sides of the distal zigzag rod) are connected with two transverse rods. When the transverse rod motor 1 rotates clockwise, the upper belt moves horizontally forward, and the lower belt moves horizontally backward, which drives the transverse rod to gather together. When the motor rotates counterclockwise, the belt 5 drives the cross bar 8 to disperse. The cross bar motor 1 is equipped with the maximum torque. When the cross bar is gathered to the end or dispersed to the barrel wall, the resistance will be produced. The resistance exceeds the maximum torque of the cross bar motor 1, and it will stop automatically. The principle of the lip-shaped bar mechanism is the same as the above.
Preferably, a transversely thin fused wire 19 is arranged on the cross bar 8 near the back panel of the garbage bin. The wire is connected with a heating circuit, and the heating circuit is connected to the control circuit board (part of the circuit mechanism). A high temperature resistant material is used as a base between the wire and the cross bar.
The horizontal bar 8 near the front panel of the garbage bin is provided with a wide transverse sealing metal strip (metal sheet 20), which is connected with a heating circuit and a heating circuit is connected to the control circuit board (part of the circuit mechanism). A high temperature resistant material is used as a base between the metal bar and the cross bar 8.
When the fuse sealing device is running, two groups of crossbars converge and move, shrinking the garbage bag to the central area. The wire is heated to the melting temperature of the material of the garbage bag, and the strip is heated to the melting non-melting temperature of the material of the garbage bag. Fuse and seal the garbage bag.
Preferably, the back wall of the garbage bin is divided into three parts according to the vertical direction. The left and right parts are air duct 32. There is a fan at the bottom of the air duct, a circuit mechanism (control circuit board and lithium battery) is placed in the middle part, and an ultrasonic probe (ultrasonic equipment) is installed near the inner wall. The ultrasonic probe is connected to the control circuit board.
When the user presses the physical button (button 26) of the barrel cover once, the control circuit board keeps the switch open or closed, and controls the opening and closing of the garbage throwing door.
When the user presses the physical button of the lid of the bin for a long time, the control circuit board identifies the operation of changing the bag. At this time, the fuse sealing device 24 in the cover 35 closes and fuses the garbage bag. After the operation of sealing and fusing is completed, the control circuit board drives the open system at the cover and the body of the garbage bin, opens the whole garbage bin cover 35, and facilitates the user to take out the packed garbage.
Then, the ultrasonic probe starts to work and calculates the distance between the obstacle by the time difference between sending out the ultrasonic wave and returning the ultrasonic wave. When there is no garbage bag, the distance between the ultrasonic probe and the wall of the opposite bucket is the distance between the ultrasonic probe and the garbage bag when there is a garbage bag. The ultrasonic probe transmits the distance value to the control circuit board. The control circuit board passes through the distance interval to determine whether there are two states of the garbage bag or not. When packing, the judgment of the control circuit board changes from a garbage bag state to a garbage bag-free state, indicating that the user has taken out the garbage bag. At this time, the control circuit board sends a control signal to the open cover system at the garbage bin cover and the barrel body, and closes the garbage bin cover.
After closing the lid of the garbage can, carry out air circulation bagging and sterilization instructions. In previous sealing and fusing operations, the garbage bags have been fused and sealed in the center of the annular garbage bag receiving chamber 25. The control circuit board opens two fans at the bottom of the air duct and the ultraviolet sterilization lamp (ultraviolet sterilizer 31). The fan pulls the air out of the barrel to form a pull force, pulls the garbage bag down and moves the air from the baffle 30 back to the top of the garbage bag, and blows the garbage bag down. The two forces work together to lay the garbage bag on the inner wall of the barrel body 23. At the same time, the air flowing through the airway is also sterilized by ultraviolet radiation. At this time, the air in the garbage bag is the air after sterilization.
As mentioned above, it is only a better embodiment of the present invention and does not impose any formal restrictions on the invention. Any simple modification or equivalent change to the above embodiment according to the technical essence of the present invention falls within the scope of protection of the present invention.
